This is a pretty good site with good audio for learning Japanese. I've started to download the podcasts and listen on my iPod and found it pretty helpful. I really like the stuff that they do on the four compound Kanji... pretty good sayings and quite useful.

意気投合　＝ to become fast friends, get along quickly with someone
