Turkey Pie

One of the things I love about roasting a turkey is all the things that you can do with it afterwards. Kiyomi and I both like to use some of the left over turkey in a pie. Its pretty easy and well I think really tasty. We use a lot of fresh veggies and some cream of mushroom soup that makes the pie inside. Then just use frozen pastry. Overall it doesn't take long to prepare and about 40 minutes in the oven. You're set.



Not long now... and we'll be cooking for three!
