Congrats to Tokyo Road Hockey, 10 years and getting older.

Here is a quick action shot on the 10 year aniversary of the Tokyo Road Hockey association. I have not really been for a long time but went to check out the action during the middle of a bike ride. Congrats guys. I will try to start up again.

I have been really slack.

Anyhow I have been really slack as of late with updating and putting up stuff here. I know I should be better.

Things are moving along at a good pace with all the changes here in Musashikoyama, and we will soon have the second exit to the station that we can use. This will be good as it will save a little time in the morning if I cannot take the bike.

Speaking of which I made a few upgrades on the pedals and now have clip pedals for the bike. You need special shoes that snap in like snowboards. It is a really different feeling on the bike and I do recommend checking them out if you enjoy cycling. Only advice I have is to not forget to unclip when you are waiting at a light. You will fall. Speaking from experience here folks. Does not hurt but you look like an idiot to those that are around you.

This is a picture of the pedals....
